Spirit & Grace Style Pricing

All Spirit & Grace Style prices are in Pounds Sterling.

All prices are as accurate as possible, every effort has been taken to ensure no mistakes have been made, if, however, any inaccuracies on the site are found we reserve the right to amend these errors to the correct prices without prior warning or notice.

The sale items & special offers are only valid for a specified time.

Spirit & Grace Style reserves the right to alter these prices &/or withdraw such offers at any time without prior notice.

Sale Refunds/Returns

I do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, except in the case of faulty products.

If you have a quality issue with your purchase, I will replace this where possible or issue a refund, if advised within 6 months of the purchase date.

Order Placement

To place an order simply select the product you would like to purchase by clicking on Add to Basket, once you have finished browsing the site you can then proceed to the secure checkout area.

If you have registered your details with us previously you will be asked to log-in, if not you can create an account or if you’d prefer you can use our quick order facility enabling you to purchase without having to register.

All online orders are confirmed by email and you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues.

Please note the initial email confirmation, simply acknowledges your order, it does not confirm it or make it legally binding. The order between Spirit & Grace Style & you, the customer, is only accepted when the payment has been processed, stock allocated & the order has been dispatched.

Spirit & Grace Style do reserve the right to decline your order and if that is the case you will be contacted if further information is required or your order cannot be fulfilled.

 

Cancellation Policy

Once you have placed an order you will get an email confirmation. If you change your mind, please email your cancellation request by return for a full refund. This email must be received before your order is dispatched.

 

If you wish to cancel your order once your order has been dispatched, please get in touch at [email protected] to ask for a Returns Reference Code.

 

Lots of work has gone in to ensure that Spirit & Grace Style has the appropriate stock levels to meet demand, however, sometimes an item does prove more popular than could ever have hoped for or anticipated.  As a result, some items on the site may be out of stock from time to time.

 

Spirit & Grace Style do not take orders on out of stock items however you can request to be emailed when an item that you are interested in comes back into stock.  Please email [email protected]
