Deliveries & Returns

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed, before shipping.

Orders usually arrive within a maximum of 1-3 working days from confirmation of dispatch.

Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email, if your order still hasn't been received please email [email protected] & I will endeavour to track down your parcel.

NB. If you place an order on a Friday or over the weekend, it won’t be processed until the following week.

In the lead up to Christmas, due to the volume of orders being placed daily, it may not always be possible to dispatch as quickly as desired.

All orders, however, will be sent out a maximum of 3 working days after they are placed.


Delivery Charge Summary

Flat Rate Standard Delivery - £4.85

Standard Service for orders. Orders will be fulfilled by Royal Mail (2nd Class – Signed For).  Signature required


Next Day Delivery - £10.95

Optional Service for orders that require a quicker turnaround.  Royal Mail - Next Day Guaranteed will fulfill orders and a signature will be required. Orders must be received by 1:00 pm.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday only, orders placed after 1:00 pm on a Friday or over a weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

Spirit & Grace Style must receive next Day Delivery orders before 1:00 pm.

Free Delivery

All orders over £75.00 are entitled to free delivery by Royal Mail (2nd Class – Signed For)

A signature will be required for all orders, therefore where possible, please ensure you use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel, or if more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address. i.e. work-place.

Returns & Exchanges

I understand that sometimes you change your mind about a style, or you’re not loving the look when it arrives, and Spirit & Grace Style have no problem with that!

You can return or exchange any item you don’t love.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition, you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Unfortunately, Spirit & Grace Style cannot accept any returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons except if they are faulty.

Spirit & Grace Style just ask that: – items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please email  [email protected] to request a Returns Reference Code to include with your return.

Returns & exchanges, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense, therefore for your own protection Spirit & Grace Style recommends that you return any items via a trackable delivery service and obtain proof of postage.

Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt. Spirit & Grace Style reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, Spirit & Grace Style will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed.  I aim to issue the refund or exchange within 2 working days of receiving a return. I will send you an email to confirm when the refund or exchange process has been actioned.

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), amended in June 2014, you are entitled to return an order for a full refund, providing you are returning your entire order and you have informed Spirit & Grace Style in writing within 14 working days of receiving it.

Please note, that Spirit & Grace Style does not cover return postage.  Return postage via an appropriate service as stated above is the responsibility of the buyer.

The original postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.

Sale Refunds/Returns

I do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, except in the case of faulty products.

If you have a quality issue with your purchase, I will replace this where possible or issue a refund, if advised within 6 months of the purchase date.
